Ruth Anna Phillips is a choreographer, movement director, and dance teacher working across the performing arts, film, and theatre. She is dedicated to empowering people through movement, creating choreography that centres personal expression and storytelling. Ruth is the founder of SizeInclusivity.org, a platform championing body acceptance and inclusion. Her teaching is informed by an understanding of neurodiversity, disability, and body diversity, and her collaborative approach creates supportive spaces where people of all levels can thrive.

Tiger Dragon Storm has been teaching in England and internationally since the mid-2000's.
Tiger's main dance styles include Hip Hop, Chicago Footwork and Krump. His reputation as a highly knowledgeable dance teacher has brought him opportunities to teach, perform and choreograph around Europe and Asia.
As a professional dancer, Tiger has danced in popular live t.v shows such as Dancing on Ice and the 2023 Britain’s got Talent winner’s live act. Central Cee’s “Dojo Cat” music video, Dizzie Rascal, Redbull, Men's Health Magazine, BBC and Sky 1.
Hip Hop is arguably the most popular street dance style in the world, and Tiger makes sure to teach it in a fun and authentic way.

George Butler is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher known for his high-energy style, musicality, and engaging teaching approach. With experience performing, judging, and teaching across the UK and Europe, George specialises in helping dancers build confidence, technique, and performance quality. His classes are welcoming, challenging, and designed to push dancers of all levels while keeping the joy of movement at the heart of the room.

You will start with a warm up.
You’ll be introduced to key movements and concepts of the dance style. Everything is broken down step by step, with time to repeat and ask questions.
Class ends with a cool down and stretch

You will start with a warm up.
You’ll learn a short routine at an pace suitable to beginners. The teacher will teach in sections, repeat as needed, and offer clear cues and options so you can follow along comfortably. The second week we will review the choreography and learn how to add stylistic flare!

Technique & Foundation classes are non-filming. Choreography classes allow filming at the end of class but offer non-filming groups/ areas if you choose to opt out.
Teachers will be filmed during warm and instruction to be used for promotional content. Students will not be filmed.

No dance experience is required. These classes are designed with beginners in mind, including people who are completely new to dance or returning after a long break. Everything is broken down step by step.

Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Trainers are recommended.
